Stevens Creek Chevrolet is great. Richard Zaragoza took care of me in sales and did an excellent job, very knowledgeable and didn't push me into buying something that I didn't want. He wants me happy so that he has a chance for repeat business in the future and I like that. Also in the service dept., Dennis Lowe has taken care of my cars for many years and never steered me wrong. This is a professional dealership.

Just wanted to give credit where it is due. Jailene Vargas was my service advisor. She was a pleasure to work with. Professional, courteous, and prompt. Everything you could ask for when having a car serviced. I needed to have an airbag recall fixed. I tried to go through a different dealership that sent me mailers for the repair. They were terrible. Made appts to drop off the car, only to be told that they didnt have the part when I arrived. I called SC Chevrolet. They took my info, called me when the part arrived, and got it done. Good communications. Jailene was a blessing.
